How Courage Takes Flight Was Born (Mini Zine)

I co-wrote a children’s book with my daughter Ava called Courage Takes Flight. It’s about the inner voice that helps us dream big and face our fears.

This story follows a young girl who wants to explore beyond her comfort zone. She learns that courage isn’t about being fearless. It’s about listening to that quiet voice inside that says, “You can do this.”

Our book has received recognition, including:

Silver Medal Independent Publisher’s Award for Best Illustrated Children’s Book

Moonbeam Children’s Book Award for Best Children’s Book by First-Time Authors

Illustrated by Ana Rodic, with a foreword by Astro Teller, this book is a labor of love.
